The diagnosis, letters, score improvement ranges, and roadmaps are guidance only. You are responsible for reviewing any document before sending it to a bank, NBFC, or regulator.
Paid unlocks are charged per report. Refunds are governed by the published Refund Policy. Technical delivery failures are eligible for a full refund, and manual refund requests inside the 24-hour window are processed through support.
